Obviously this is not a legally binding agreement, it is merely going to be used to indicate to us who is best to distribute our product.  Top bidder will be given first opportunity to negotiate a deal with us.  We assure you, we’re very easy to work with and don’t have any preconceived notions as to what would sell better or how.  We leave that to you, you would be free to do as you like, to be as profitable as you (we) can be, and will always defer to your expertise and industry knowledge.
