Smart artificial intelligence means the use of AI tools such as machine learning, natural language processing, and quick, accurate information used to optimize business functions, boost employee productivity, and drive business value.
Like most serious AI integration companies, we are also strongly driven by what’s known as the 30% rule of AI which means that AI does most of the repetitive work (about 70%), while humans focus on what remains (+/- 30%).
This 30% rule ensures technology supports rather than replaces people. Human skills like judgment, creativity, and ethics remain at the core. It is those who enter information, guidelines, dimensions or boundaries, aimed at the ultimate goal.
Don’t forget the golden rule!
Garbage In . . Garbage Out.

Reactive AI
- Functionality:
Can only react to current situations based on pre-programmed rules and has no memory of past experiences.
- Examples:
IBM's Deep Blue, a chess-playing computer, is an example of a reactive machine that only analyzes the current board state to make a move.
- Limitations::
Cannot learn from past experiences or be used for more complex tasks.
AI Integration
- Functionality:
Can use past data to make better decisions, but the memory is temporary and not saved long-term.
- Examples:
Self-driving cars use this type of AI to observe the speed and direction of other cars to navigate safely. V- assistants like Siri and Alexa also use limited memory to understand context in conversation.
- Limitations:
Still lacks long-term experience and to fully learn/adapt like humans.
Theory of Mind
- Functionality:
A theoretical type of AI that can understand emotions, intentions, and beliefs, similar to how humans interact.
- Examples:
A robot that can hold a meaningful, emotionally intelligent conversation.
- Limitations:
This type of AI has not yet been developed.
Self-Aware AI
- Functionality:
A theoretical type of AI that would possess consciousness and human-level self-awareness.
- Examples:
An AI that could have its own beliefs, feelings, and a sense of self.
- Limitations:
This is a futuristic concept and the final stage of AI development.
