JEF DERDERIAN as T.J. - Our lead male actor, Jef Derderian, was most recently featured in the 2013 Sundance Award-winning film “This is Martin Bonner.”  Having previously been in multiple print and broadcast commercials, Jef is an incredibly talented, very nice young man who only wanted to help our efforts as best he could. Jef is very pleasant to be around, and the type of person you truly root for to succeed.  Jef is finishing his degree at the University of Nevada, Reno, and plays the trumpet both at the University and in the Jef Derderian Band, which was recently featured in the SAG film “The Last Weekend,” starring Patricia Clarkson and Directed by Tom Dolby, son of Dolby Laboratories founder Ray Dolby, on their South Lake Tahoe Estate.

LIZ COLE as CHRISTY - Our lead actress, Elizabeth Cole, is a well-known model in Northern Nevada print and broadcast commercials.  She’s also a very smart young lady, studying  Journalism, Psychology, Acting, Writing and Anthropology at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she has also provided modeling services for their newly launched website.  Already having a theatre background, it was the fantastic initial chemistry between Jef and Liz that sold us on her abilities.  Kind, easy to work with and a tireless professional, Liz brought a great work ethic to each day and was a lot of fun to work with.  Most recently, Liz has become a feature model for Silver and Blue Outfitters, the Official Merchandiser for all Nevada Athletics.
KACI TORRISI as RITA - Our supporting actress is truly the epitome of female sexiness, incredibly friendly and helpful, she has certainly made us very glad we chose Kaci for this role.  She is a fantastic actress to begin with, knows a ton about makeup, has experience with body painting, costume/clothing design, runway, pin-up, wardrobe styling, and had obviously been on set before. Best part, is her inner beauty matches her outer beauty, and was yet another dedicated professional with true talent.  Most recently, Kaci is working towards traveling modeling tours, special event modeling and online galleries.  A joy to work with, prompt, punctual and enthusiastic, Kaci is a very talented performer and we are lucky to have her.
ANDY LUNA as OVERLOAD - Our supporting actor, Andy Luna, is simply an amazing man.  Traditionally a musician, and writer of the already infamous “Fuck You” song featured in our movie, we quickly realized that Andy was a gifted actor.  His relationship with our lead actor was invaluable as a mentor, seasoned performer and performing artist.  Andy was the first musician from our movie to be contacted in regard to putting his song on an upcoming band’s album release.  Andy has been involved in local theatre over the last decade, working with the Reno Center for the Performing Arts, Bruka Theatre and many others.  Large-scale artist, musician and actor, Andy is genuinely one of a kind, and definitely works in strange and mysterious ways.
TOM PLUNKETT as SAM THE INDIAN - If you know Tom Plunkett, you love Tom Plunkett, it's that simple. Beyond being an extremely talented musician, Tom has been in several productions, his filmography includes 2013 Sundance award winning film This is Martin Bonner (2012), At the Zoo (2012) and Trail of Tears (1995). He is well known in the theatre circles as well, playing several memorable characters over the years. Tom is also an amazing touring musician. His repertoire of popular songs stretches into the hundreds. He is a fan favorite on the local music scene, mesmerizing crowds with his evocative voice and spot-on acoustic guitar, and has been known to tote his acoustic onto Winfield Park’s pavilion stage during Reno Block Party’s Songwriters in the Round showcases.
MARY BENNETT as LORRAINE - Mary Bennett is the Producing Artistic Director at Bruka Theatre and very well-known Theatre Artist across Northern Nevada, California and beyond.  Having studied at the New York Stage and Film at Vassar College, it was ridiculous to think we would even consider filming a movie without the amazing talents of such a driven professional.  Having received several awards and much recognition for her work at Bruka, Mary has produced, acted in and promoted such events as the Buttcracker Series (I – IV), Shirley Valentine, Doubt – A Parable, and most recently, The Madea Project which just finished a great run in New York and received great acclaim by audiences and critics alike.
